A well-groomed individual with a vast amount of experience within all aspects of the hospitality industry. In conjunction with the Company Directors drew up annual budgets, instituted and monitored this budget on a monthly basis. Analysed Profit and Loss statements for variances in accounts and prepared the business report. Hired and trained all staff provided guidance and ensured that the highest of standards were maintained at all times. Further to this he is a well-travelled individual being fortunate enough to have visited more than 252 cities in 20 different countries.
